1(C) - RETURNS FOR BOTH COD AND PREPAID ORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A DEDUCTION OF Rs 150 AS A PART OF FEES FOR REVERSE LOGISTICS.

2. For better customer experience we also offer a reverse pick-up services.
3. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
4. For COD orders, WE ONLY OFFER BOTH STORE CREDITS AND ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT AS A MODE OF PAYMENT Once the request is approved, a pick-up will be arranged depending on the availability of the logistical provider.
5. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS & COD ORDERS.
7. To start the return process. Go to the returns and exchange portal mentioned on our website.
8. You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message on Instagram @eszett.in. You can also reach us on +919987033822. All queries will be solved between Monday-Sunday, 10 am- 8 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 
9. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp. 
10. NOTE - WE THRIVE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT WITH OPTIMUM CARE AND LOVE, PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE RETURNING THE PRODUCT MAKE SURE THAT THE PRODUCT IS BEING RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS ON IT. 
11. If the Return / Exchange product is damaged, worn out or if the product does not matches the selected product, refund will not be issued.
12. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
13. " IMPORTANT " - BY APPLYING FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON ESZETT, THE CUSTOMER HEREBY ACCEPT THE ABOVE MENTIONED POLICIES.
11. Please note that reverse shipping charge of Rs. 150 is applied on all the returns and exchanges.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
  • In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid & COD orders.

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via Instagram: @eszett.in, phone no.: +91 9987033822 or email- hello@eszett-clothing.com. with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
